Speaking Empire is a personal improvement workshop for people who want to improve their speaking and presentation skills. The workshop offers classes and seminars in speech and presentation skills that focus specifically on delivery, body language, and audience reading. Speaking Empire also offers an interactive marketing communications seminar that focuses on customer engagement. Speaking Empire was founded by Dave Van Hoose and Dustin Mathews in 2009. The workshop is based in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
