SpacesGenie is an online platform that connects people (“User”) who need short term commercial retail space (“Space”) with owners of retail space that is available on that basis (“Space Owner”). their objective is to make it easy for Users to find space as per their requirement and for Space Owners to list their space conveniently. If the Space Owner is happy with the Users enquiry, then the Space Owner and the User will enter into an agreement directly and SpacesGenie will charge an administrative and service fee towards this enquiry. they do not own any commercial spaces nor are they property agents.
