Soltis Family Distillery is a Chicago-based maker of whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin. The 8,000 sq. ft. distillery feature a tasting room with samples of Soltis' family recipes of spirits, as well as unique small-batch expressions. Tours will be available to view the distilling process and the 1800's artesian spring well in the cellar. Soltis Family Distillery was established in 2013 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
