Solarion develops and produces thin-film solar cells and modules using a proprietary manufacturing process that deposits a thin layer of copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS) on the lightest substrate available at reduced deposition temperature. We strive for technological leadership in the industrial mass production of CIGS thin-film solar cells and modules on flexible plastic substrate material. Our patented products and production technologies are setting new standards in the conversion of sunlight into electricity. With highly flexible, super-lightweight and ultra-thin solar cells we can realize a cost-efficient photovoltaic power generation in large systems.
