The company’s products are built to run on Microsoft's identity lifecycle platform: Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) and Azure. Its product portfolio includes FIM Test, which enables users to develop and manage test cases when working on FIM; Sync Panel, which allows users to see how identities are created and changed across the enterprise; and UpLift, which allows users to develop on Microsoft's platform using SoftwareIDM’s build language. SoftwareIDM’s clientele include large financial institutions, manufacturers, quick server global food enterprises, confectionary companies, global medical equipment and supply companies, and global retail organizations. SoftwareIDM was founded in January 2013 and is based in Wheaton, Illinois.
