So.cl is a smartphone application that enables users to create, collect, and share online content ranging from visual collages to short animated media and memes.  Users can share their creations, pictures, and visual responses to existing content on social network such as Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, and Twitter. They can also receive notifications about community activity on the content they love and connect with new people worldwide. So.cl was launched in December 2013 by Microsoft Corporation.
