Founder Asad and gelato chef Paolo had a dream: to create superb, fresh, delicious gelato for all to enjoy – handmade with love from the world’s finest ingredients. In 2012 that dream came true with Snowflake Luxury Gelato. Snowflake now has 5 central London gelato boutiques and regular pop-ups such as at Bicester Shopping village. They also sell their gelato wholesale to restaurants and the catering industry and their branded gelato tubs to retail outlets. Their latest partnership is provide gelato for Jamie's Italian restaurants throughout the UK.
