Sonja Nerad created SN Management to help strengthen organizations and to support social change. Sonja brings more than 15 years direct experience as a senior administrator in the non-profit sector, and ten years of successful public sector consulting expertise to her engagements. Sonja has a Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Toronto, and a Maytree Foundation Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Sonja is an active member of her community and currently sits on the Community Engagement Council at St. Josesph’s Health Centre in Toronto. Sonja has worked with and been sought out by clients across the public sector to support strategic planning, organization and program design, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and project management initiatives. In order to meet the diverse needs of non-profits, SN Management collaborates with a group of experienced sub-contractors.
