Snipt.org is a service which allows twitter users to share and permanently store snippets of code on the web. Snipt allows users to share highlighted code snippets via a shortened URL like twitpic but for source code. Snipt also allows users to share code via an embeddable widget which can be styled to the users liking. Although the service is geared toward twitter users, you don't need to use twitter to use Snipt.
