Snipper is a new free mobile video sharing application based in the Netherlands and Southern California. Snipper allows users to shoot video and share it to private or public channels. Snipper has recently launched it’s 2.0 version for iOS, Android and Blackberry marketplaces, allowing for collaboration through group channels. Snipper aims to make mobile video truly social. Snipper was founded in 2011 by Sander Andreae.
