Company SMK-LOGOMOTION Corporation has been founded on 7th May 2015, with 51% shares of Japanese company SMK Corporation and 49% shares of Slovakian company Logomotion. The aim of this merge was to extend the potential in new NFC businesses. From 2007 Logomotion focused in R&D of NFC technology and NFC microSD smart cards. Current product (LGM Card) is NFC microSD smart & memory card; certified by MasterCard® in July 2014. Their team includes experienced technologists, e.g.: system architects for payment and telecommunications solutions; system integration experts; mobile phone built-in software experts; experts in POS and ATM operations.
