The Mexican Society for Artificial Intelligence (SMIA) is a scientific society that promotes the dissemination and application of the Artificial Intelligence in Mexico. The SMIA brings together both professionals and academics in the area, and offers an organizational and management support that allow them to share and disseminate their research projects, teaching, linking or dissemination of the discipline. It also gathers, through its national chapters, undergraduate or postgraduate students whose interests guide them to cultivate any of the areas of the artificial intelligence.
