JSC SMARTS is part of the SMARTS Group of Companies, which provides communication services to subscribers of the Volga and Central Russia for more than 20 years. Starting in the early 90s with the first subscriber in the Samara region, by 2012 the coverage area of ​​the network signal spread to 13 regions: Astrakhan, Ivanovo, Samara, Penza, Saratov, Ulyanovsk and Yaroslavl regions, as well as the republics of Bashkortostan, Kalmykia, Mari El, Mordovia, Tatarstan and Chuvashia.
