Smart Me is a mobile ordering system designed for movie theaters, theaters and football arenas in Brazil. It allows customers to order beverages and snacks directly from their seats, even after the movie, play or match has started, generating extra revenues to the venue, since most customers wouldn't leave their seat to get extra food or drinks, except on breaks, which don't happen at a movie theater. Their revenue model is based both on the venue, who would pay a percentage of their sales through the app to them, and to the final customer (spectator), who would pay a convenience fee (i.e., US$0.50) per transaction.
