The process begins by generating printable “sticky notes” on this website. Next, the team collaboratively arranges these “sticky notes” into a wall schedule and scans them in with the Slat Planner app. Now, everyone can enjoy the full benefits of a digitized “sticky note” schedule. This website enables users to easily analyze manpower, track changes, review reliability, and evaluate delay reasons, among other things. The mobile app allows all stakeholders to have schedule and action item information at their fingertips. The schedule can also be exported to other popular scheduling software for further analysis, visualization, and comparison.
