More recently, OneShift has launched a new service called: Skilld.com. Skilld is a dynamic online marketplace that instantly connects local skilled people to local businesses. It enables hospitality and retail SME's to search (and swipe) through real people using our unique behavioural algorithm to be a part of their business. Employers can create their own Wishlist of candidates, contact them directly and hire with in minutes. Although in its early days, Skilld has already attracted some of Australia's most innovative hospitality, retail businesses and skilled people looking for a new way of hiring. It has also been shortlisted for The Webby Awards. Businesses pay just $50 per month as a subscription service to search through, shortlist and hire as many people as they need for their business.
