The group's parent company, Xinghui Pharmaceuticals , was founded in Yilan in 1977. Since 1997, it has been overseas. It established a subsidiary in China, Canada- China CommScope Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. , to establish a US-Canada production and sales system. In 2002, it invested in “ Xinghui Tianli (Hangzhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ” in the mainland ; Established " Xingguo New Drug Co. , Ltd. " in Yilan, Taiwan , and " Xingli Medical Equipment Biotech Co. , Ltd. " in 2012 .
