Established in 2003, YOGA CIC undertakes research and development pertinent to individuals, groups, institutions and larger populations. We are a community oriented, autonomous research, design and development network undertaking multidisciplinary research, analysis and design within the individual and social dimensions of yoga. Through our work we aim to focus on freedom for the individual and social equity and keep both central to design, development, policy and practice.
