Silmeco produces surface-enhanced raman scattering (SERS) substrates for use in industrial and R&D settings. The SERS technology can be used measure (detect) very small concentrations of molecules, like dangerous chemicals, contaminants, narcotics, explosives and more. The SERS substrates are capable of high-volume production, SERS signal uniformity over large areas and low background signal.
