Silicon Armada is a global recruitment agency that increases transparency in the IT job market. It connects the international tech community with tech companies all around the world and creates a direct link between tech professionals and tech jobs. Silicon Armada ensures that at least 90% of all the positions in its database are from direct employers. It was founded by Frederic Ghys and Lorraine Connolly in 2014. Silicon Armada is based in Dundalk, Louth.
