Siberalem, launched in October 2009, is an online dating site enabling individuals to meet partners or friends in their vicinity. Siberalem processes the criteria that users enter, which includes gender, age range, location and preferences, and provides them with a list of potential suitors in their locality. Afterwards, the users are required to create personal profiles through which they may contact the site-generated candidates. Currently, over 7,000 people in Turkey use Siberalem as their personal dating site.
