The Company has interests in the Kirkland Creek gold property in the Yukon Territory and has an option to acquire approximately 60% interest in the ZPG property in Lander County, Nevada. The Company has the right to purchase up to approximately 2% of the 3% net smelter royalty (NSR) in the Kirkland Creek Property.
