It offers hospital and facility administrators with insights about their workforce activities and performance. It offers tools to communicate and collaborate with the other care providers. Shift Alerts takes user subscriptions, licensing fees, server installation, and maintenance fees. Shift Alerts was founded by Lidia Sienkowska in September 2013. It is based in Hamilton, Ontario.
