Each hotel, restaurant and activity is graded using core features that are required by luxury travelers. For hotels, we score location, rooms, facilities, service and food. For restaurants, we score food quality, location, service and wine or drinks. For activities, we score the quality of the experience, service and overall value/price. Our scale is a simple grading scale ranging from A - F. Just like in grade school, A stands for Exceptional and F stands for Failure. Generally, looking for A and B scores will allow you to instantly find the exceptional hotels, restaurants or activities. For each score we also incorporate critically acclaimed reviews and user review sentiment data.
