SheCanCode is aiming to bridge the digital skills gap by inspiring women to enter and remain in technology. It is using technology to build products that enable companies to grow sustainable communities of women in tech that will inform their diversity and inclusion strategies so that they are able to better attract, hire, advance, and retain diverse technologists. The company started as a women in tech community and blog that opens the conversation about why women aren’t represented in this industry. After spending 18 months sharing stories, gathering data and learning from their community, SheCanCode have decided to take itself to the next level. It is currently building a product that will help millions of women navigate the most crucial moments of their career in tech, and help companies build pipelines of talented and diverse technologists.
