Selective High Affinity Ligands or SHALs are small molecule antibody mimetics that have applications in the treatment and diagnosis of many types of cancers and other diseases. The SHALs currently in the pipeline have shown remarkable efficacy in mice bearing human lymphoma xenographs and impressive safety profiles in all species tested to date. The pre-clinical evaluation of SH7139 has been completed and the drug is ready to be advanced into clinical trials once sufficient funding is received.
