ServiceRage is a comparison site for service quality. We track customer feedback on social media and rank companies according to customer happiness. The site uses a combination of algorithmic sentiment analysis, editorial assessment and user feedback to classify comments as positive, negative or neutral. Rankings are determined by the share of positive versus negative comments. In industries where service quality is difficult to determine at sign-up, ServiceRage helps consumers find the company that will keep them happy - not just the cheapest deal. ServiceRage currently focuses on Australia’s consumer markets for banking, health insurance, energy and general insurance.
