Senubo has developed a web-based software application, using social networking frameworks, to identify and make available the personal or tacit knowledge as held by key individuals within an organisation. The application will enable users to register their knowledge areas and provide a framework to record and disseminate their knowledge throughout the organisation providing a new, dynamic communication platform to enhance teamwork and project management. The global construction industry is going through significant change, and there is an increasing need for companies to capture the implicit and tacit knowledge of employees within an organisation, and to improve communication with suppliers.
