SendLove was conceived in 2005 as a new way to help organizations measure individual employee contribution through peer feedback. Following numerous trials with technology organizations, SendLove has been successfully deployed within the financial services, healthcare, and retail sectors. SendLove is hosted on secure collocated servers. All confidential employee information and transactional data is stored within an encrypted database and transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
