SelfControl is a free and open-source application for Mac OS X that enables users to block their own access to distracting websites, mail servers, and anything else on the internet. Users can set a period of time to block for and add sites to their blacklist. Until that timer expires, they will be unable to access those sites, even if they restart their computers or delete the application. SelfControl is available in 10 languages.
