SolvIT was founded as Security Inspection, Inc. in 1999 by Paul and Erica Miner as an IT consulting company. The first SI headquarters was the Miners' garage, where its sole network engineer provided security and vulnerability assessments. In 2003, SI formed a help desk serving auto dealers nationwide and their growth hasn't stopped since. In 2010, SI's rapid growth necessitated a relocation from their Ortonville, MI, office to their current location in Rochester Hills, MI. In 2012, they were honored to receive their first Top Workplace in Michigan award. Also in 2012, their subsidiary company authen2cate, LLC was launched to provide customers in any industry with better Identity and Access Management for almost any web-based application. Since SI's humble beginnings, they have grown to a company of over 140 employees implementing solutions and assisting customers around the world!
