About company

Searchlight is a modern reference assessment platform for talent. It was founded by Kerry Wang and Anna Wang who attended the same university, interned at the same companies, and now work on the same mission. They found the task of making their resumes unique especially challenging, and used this experience to shape a platform that better leverages the perspectives of people who have worked with candidates before.
