SciSite provides consulting services in ferrous corrosion detection in the United Kingdom. SciSite Ltd provides consultancy in ferrous corrosion detection. We use a unique, non-contact, non-destructive method of directly detecting the presence of rust on steel. SciSite's corrosion probe is currently being trialled internationally by a consortium of industry leaders. Examples of the corrosion probe's uses are: detecting corroded reinforcing bars or tendons in concrete; finding corroded steel under fireproof cladding; examining the inside of sealed storage tanks; examination of embedded steel in bridge joints.
