SatisfAid is a mobile App for iOS and Android that allows customers to share feedbacks about customer experience and rate the service received within any type of business. We are not a simple review platform. Our process is based on a win-win process that involves customers-employees-owner of the business. We believe in a world where an honest feedback could lead to a better service, improving both customer satisfaction and employees' career. Feedback given by customers should not be a way to destroy, but to improve.
