The Satellite Interference Reduction Group (IRG) is the global industry organisation, whose mission is to combat and mitigate radio frequency interference (RFI) for an interference-free Satellite Frequency Spectrum. There are a number of tools, technologies, and processes already available to reduce interference and their goal is two-fold: firstly they are working to help the industry understand what those are and how to use them effectively; and secondly they are constantly looking for new and better ways to fight satellite interference.
