Our enterprise will reopen the popular and formerly named Waikoloa Grill & Bar by secured, long term, turnkey lease, located in the prestigious Waikoloa Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii serving island style steak and seafood in the beautiful surroundings of the resort including the Kings and Beach 36-hole golf courses to which we will also cater the refreshments and food items daily plus consider expanding our services in the near future serving breakfast and lunch. Funding will provide for replacement of select dining room furniture, new floor coverings, salad bar equipment, relocation of bar, replacement of air conditioning system and general working capital.
