Sanctuary Game Studios was created to create excellent games that are both educational and fun to play. The second point is to teach others how to make games, through workshops or internships as a stepping stone into their own companies. And finally to offer sponsorship to teams who want to make games but lack the funds. No excellent idea should pass away just because of a lack of funds.
