The SafeChoice, Inc. is the developer and publisher of the People’s Choice Accounting, SafeChoice Fund Accounting, and SafeChoice SQL Accounting software solutions. The People’s Choice Accounting product was originally developed in the 1990’s for distribution by Safeguard Business Systems and distributed nationwide. Choice Technologies, Inc. became the developer and publisher in 1999 and expanded the product line to include Utility-billing in the early 2000’s. A merger in 2009 with the current name SafeChoice, Inc. added Fund Accounting and a SQL version. This expanded product offering provided solutions for small businesses, non-profits organizations, and small to medium size municipalities.
