Safe Care Technologies provides solutions for the emerging assisted living market. The company creates software for existing hardware that allows the disabled, impaired or elderly live a more independent life within their home. Depending on their disability a user can control many aspects of their home (lights, open/close doors, turn on/off TV, etc.) by a variety of methods: eye gaze, voice activation or the use of a touchscreen. To give peace of mind to relevant family members or carers the company has also developed a remote monitoring system to keep track of events and movements within the living facilities and alert them to any possible event instantly.
