The Ryan C. Heffernan company was founded by the chef Ryan C. Heffernan to provide clients with an optimal family style French or Spanish fine dining experience, except outside the restaurant. The company was founded in San Diego as a small catering business with 4 members of staff, and today it has grown to 15 members servicing the Santa Monica and San Diego area.
