Joint Stock Company "Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time" (JSC "RIRV") was established to develop a system of unified time of high accuracy, long-range radio navigation, quantum electronics based on atomic-molecular frequency standards, as well as consumer equipment for navigation systems and systems of single time .JSC "RIRV" for more than half a century of its development has gone from the creation of radionavigation systems and high-precision single-time systems to active participation in the formation of federal and international policy of coordinate-time and navigation support.
