Rubber Bark Inc. (Est. 1994) became a value-added, recycled tire product manufacturer through its affiliation with northern California’s major tire recycler, Golden By-Products, Inc. In 2001, Rubber Bark® owners Rob and Jana Nairn, employees of Golden, saw an opportunity to branch off of Golden’s tire recycling business and begin manufacturing recycled tire mulch and other products. Two entities were formed; Rubber Bark®, which produces rubber mulch and Agmat, which manufactures rubber stall mats. We are the No. 1 producer of rubber landscape products on the west coast and have processed more than 1 billion pounds of recycled rubber in the last 12 years.
