RTS Service Group provides repairs, technical service, processing of electronic hardware, and complex storage and logistics solutions. With revenues of approximately 136 million euros in 2014 and 1,200 employees, RTS Elektronik Systeme GmbH is one of the biggest after-sales service providers in Europe. The company was founded in 1989 by Josef Raith as “Raith Technical Services” in the Bavarian town of Wolnzach. RTS focusses on the repair of IT hardware and consumer electronic products as well as services in the spare parts business including management of return merchandise authorization (RMA) and global distribution of spare parts. The RTS group comprises several independently managed medium-sized companies located throughout Germany.
