RPAIR is an online marketplace to compare all prices for Watch & Jewellery Repairs. Customer will be able to search for certified watch and jewellery repair businesses anywhere, review rated businesses and select the best quote. Our founder Abbie have worked in the industry since she was 15 years old and started to realise to realise how the current market for watch and jewellery repairs is inefficient and onerous as it's fragmented and decentralised. Customers have little to no flexibility or transparency in choice and service. Furthermore, they have no way to determine if they are receiving value for money or using a reputable workman. Through RPAIR we are changing this. We have created an innovative digital marketplace allowing customers to determine the services they use and where they use them. This will help retailers innovate their service offering to existing customers and give small SME's the reach they need through our marketing automation.
