About company

Roughrider Electric Cooperative is a North Dakota electric utility distributing power to members in Billings, Dunn, Mercer, Oliver, Stark, and Golden Valley counties. Our offices are located in Hazen and Dickinson, ND. Roughrider Electric serves over 8,000 members and provides electricity to more than 14,000 meters. We are a cooperative owned by the members we serve and governed by an elected nine-member Board of Directors.
