Roots Memphis is a NPO that provides education and training services to farmers. Roots Memphis conducts six-month academic courses on small farm business entrepreneurship, planning and management, and production skills. Furthermore, they are provided with incubation training, where they would have to manage plots to commercially produce the crops provided. Roots Memphis was founded in 2012 by Wes and Mary Phillips Riddle and is based in Tennessee.
