Roast Ratings was created as a connection point for coffee roasters and coffee drinkers. No matter how much you know about coffee, you can find something to enjoy! After over two decades of collective experience with Specialty Coffee, co-owners Pete Licata and Holly Bastin recognized that something was missing from the industry. Buying roasted coffee can be difficult, due to wild variance in terminology and methods. Selling coffee can be difficult, due to a lack of exposure or misunderstandings about the quality of the product.
