We've choosen a franchise model to give familes affected by autism the ability to secure employment for their individual with autism, and many others like them, without the need for business expertise. Rising Tide will use a for-profit social enterprise model to afford franchisees the ability to maintain ownership rights. Rising Tide will be scalable, have high exposure in the community and provide employment for people with autism through easy to learn, process driven labor.
