Rising is a Chinese software company developing antivirus software and spam-blocking products. Its product portfolio includes Rising Antivirus, Rising Personal Firewall, Rising UTM, and Rising IS. In September 2013, Rising stopped supporting their English versions of the Rising Antivirus software and Rising Personal Firewall along with their official English website. They also chose to terminate sales of all the English versions of their products. A privately owned company, Rising was established in 1991 in Beijing, China, with subsidiaries and branch offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Australia.
