Leveraging crowdsourcing-like technology, they develop custom questionnaires that once answered by the reference provide relevant feedback on the candidate. They use statistical models to normalize and weight responses based on the reference's knowledge of the candidate. Reports are available via PDF as well as through API to integrate into the employer's favorite Applicant Tracking System.
